About Arya Noble

Learning from their failures, they want to deliver a future-proof IT infrastructure that supports our rapid business growth, is scalable, and supports cutting-edge application architecture i.e. microservice and also a Disaster Recovery (DR) in AWS to minimize the loss of data, downtime, and other negative impacts on the organization’s operations and to ensure business continuity. They asked our team to design AWS best practice infrastructure that will cope future growth and Disaster Recovery infrastructure design with a minimum Recovery Time Objective (RTO), less than one hours after a failure happens. They also ask for a minimum Recovery Point Objective (RPO), to ensure the data loss is in a minimum state.

Arya Noble Challenge

Arya Noble requires a mission-critical & high-availability infrastructure to support their +100 clinics across Indonesia. They have demonstrated a commitment to providing reliable and accessible applications by actively addressing the causes of their previous failures. The previous issues lead to significant downtime, loss of productivity, and even financial losses for businesses that rely on these systems.

ICS Proposed Solution

ICS as a partner designed the Scope Of Work architecture of microservice in AWS with services including EC2, EKS, route53, VPN Connection, RDS Postgrey, AWS S3, and CloudWatch other than the core services of AWS Cloud, ICS proposed X-Ray services to help the Arya Noble team in tracing and analyzing requests made to distributed applications. X-Ray collects and records data about requests made to a distributed application, including metadata such as the duration, latency, and status of each request. It then visualizes this data in a centralized dashboard, allowing developers and operations teams to see a high-level overview of their application’s performance. This visualization helps the Arya Noble team have visibility of how their application performs and immediately troubleshoot the issues in real time.

This is their first DR solution implementation in their environment. They also compared 3 Cloud Vendors, before deciding to implement their DR solution on AWS. They are very happy with the DR solution since from a financial angle, they have visibilities for managing their DR cost according to their yearly budget. They also achieve their goal of having High Availability infrastructure to sustain their business in the future.

Currently, their infrastructure is not 100% on AWS, but they are gradually moving towards in migrating their applications to AWS. They are excited to learn more about the AWS services and parallelly enhance their team capabilities in managing their cloud infrastructure.
